Tuesday 11 May - Head cold...home from work!!
How annoying, I woke up this morning (well at 2am this morning) sneezing like crazy, runny nose, dry sore throat and haven't been sleeping well ever since! I really don't need this right now. I've taken the day off work to hopefully sleep it off! Well rest will hopefully mean I'll flush it through the system today and get back into things tomorrow...here's hoping!

Good luck on Sunday or really it has nothing to do with luck. You have trained well are apart from the cold you are fit and ready to go. Havea smart race plan stay with it and most important FINISH and enjoy the whole wonderful experience on the day. I can't wait to hear the result and read your race report.
