Monday - dry needing
Went to Physio today and got some dry needling in my hips and ITB, they were really tight and when the needles went in there was lots of twitches which were releasing the muscles. That's a good thing...a bit sore afterwards but it should make things a bit looser. I have to keep strength work up especially single leg squats and plenty of work on the glutes so I keep the injuries away.
